Since my husband and I are currently low-carb, I don’t focus so much on the calorie count of things. If you’ll look back to this post on the science of low-carb, you’ll start to understand why. But, from years of living with someone on Weight Watchers, and counting calories in the past, I am always amazed at the incredible difference between the calorie counts of healthy foods and bad-for-you-foods. When I stumbled across this image, it immediately got pinned to my “Fit-spiration” board. How crazy is the difference between 200 calories of celery vs. 200 calories of a Snickers bar?
