I’ve been on a protein shake kick lately, and have really been having a great time coming up with new and exciting recipes. It’s been making my daily lunch shake a thrill instead of a bore. The other day when I was clearing out my kitchen, I threw away some cinnamon rolls. When dumping them in the trash, I thought of what a shame it was to waste these delicious rolls. Then I figured I shouldn’t be eating cinnamon rolls, anyway. That’s when the wheels in my head got to turning and I came up with this delicious recipe. Enjoy!
