Today I am sharing with you the simple rustic art that hangs above little Shiloh’s crib.
My husband found this adorable mini-pallet a while back which you might remember from the Rustic Fall Baby Shower I helped host. It was the perfect size for a wall art installation.
All I did to the pallet was wipe it down to get rid of any dirt and then add some heavy-duty hangers to the back. As Shiloh grows and becomes more mobile, I will either move the pallet to another wall, or sand and poly it to make sure he doesn’t get any splinters.
The large wooden “S” was purchased at Hobby Lobby and I sprayed it with a few coats of orange paint. It’s hung on the pallet with nails and secured further with wood glue.

This is probably my favorite part of the whole nursery. It’s so simple, but it really provides the room with that rustic beauty I was going for.
