With St. Patrick’s day coming up soon, I can’t help but notice the abundance of Shamrock Shake recipes popping up. I’ve never actually had a McDonald’s Shamrock Shake, nor do I enjoy most minty concoctions. Mint chocolate chip? No thanks! But I didn’t want to feel left out of the St. Patty’s shake craze, so I made my very own Leprechaun Protein Shake to share with you.
2 Scoops Protein Powder
8 oz. Unsweetened Almond Milk
2-3 tsp. Pistachio Pudding Powder
Combine all of the ingredients together, blending ice in until you’ve reached a consistency you enjoy.
Top with a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle with green sugar for a little St. Patty’s day fun!
