This home was filled to the brim with people, so I didn’t get to see every space … but the ones I did get to view were simply incredible. I loved the unique extra touches the builder and designer focused on throughout the home. This floor plan is 7,500 square feet, but you wouldn’t know it by the comfortable feel you get inside.

GREAT ROOM: This is a large living space, but I love how accessible it feels to everyday living. The fireplace was one of my favorites throughout the tour because of how light, bright, and reflective it is. The architectural details are beautiful, but nothing feels too stuffy. It’s the perfect space for a family to really live in.

MASTER BATHROOM: There were so many great details in the master bathroom, including the insane amount of cabinetry storage. What I wouldn’t give for this many cabinets! One unique aspect of this bathroom that I noticed people commenting on throughout the tour was the double water closets. Off to the right of this picture there is a small alcove – at the back is a linen closet and to either side is a small water closet with a toilet. Some might find this a bit excessive, but I kind of like the idea!

MASTER CLOSET: OK, ladies. Prepare to swoon. This is the biggest closet I’ve ever seen in my life. What you see pictured is just one side of the massive storage space. I love an organized closet, but nothing gets me more than a closet with a window … this one even has a window seat!!

MASTER RETREAT: Off the master bedroom/bathroom is a private set of stairs that leads to a third-floor master retreat. How awesome is that?! This completely private space is large enough for a variety of uses … it could be an office, media room, exercise space … pretty much anything you can think of!

GUEST APARTMENT: One of those special details I mentioned earlier is this guest apartment space. Most larger homes these days have a guest suite with bedroom, bathroom, and closet. But this home takes it to another level. There’s even a dedicated patio just for your guests off the apartment’s living quarters.

GUEST APARTMENT: With this beautiful high-end kitchen, I’m pretty sure the guest apartment in this home is nicer than any apartment I’ve lived in! I am a stickler for providing welcoming spaces for anyone who visits our home, and this is the ultimate in guest luxury.

GUEST APARTMENT: I had to share this guest apartment bathroom with you guys because I am in love with the use of wood-look tiles here. I’ve never seen these tiles used in a bathroom wall treatment. Love!

OUTDOOR LIVING: This home has no shortage of outdoor living space. With several seating and gathering areas, this main patio area is great for entertaining.
And that concludes the second Home-a-Rama tour! I hope you enjoyed the unique details this house had to offer. What was your favorite feature?
