Lately I’ve been in a cardio rut! I don’t know why, but cardio is one of the most boring things ever. I’m constantly trying to find new and exciting ways to fit cardio into my days. This workout is a great way to keep things moving so you don’t get bored. Thanks, Fantasmo, for this insane workout!
i got exhausted just reading that! but damn, pinning this for after the baby is born!! would be a killer workout for getting that extra baby weight off!
