Staying Inspired

Looking through my pins & tumblr reblogs from this past week I have noticed one big trend. I have been all about staying inspired this week. Yes, there have been some workout ideas and healthy recipes, but most everything has to do with being inspired to stay on the health track. Here are a few of the images I’m loving right now.

This photo had to be shared. Doesn’t that meal look incredible?! I could eat all of that right now! And I’m in love with the fact that they included some chocolate. It just goes to show that you don’t have to cut out your favorite things in order to be healthy. All things in moderation.


I genuinely love to drink water. Especially crisp, cool water straight from the fridge…mmm! I have been keeping my Lifefactory bottle with me all the time which has helped a ton with drinking the designated 8 cups of water each day.

Achieve Your Goals

And in the end, it’s always good to remind myself that I have a wedding to attend in Florida this summer. While I am motivated to lose weight and get healthy for my family and my son {and to have a rockin’ body}, it’s all up to me to stay on track.
