Some of my regular readers might be a little confused about this “Saturday” Special title. After much consideration, I have decided to switch around a few of my weekly posts.
Since little man has headed off to preschool, we don’t do as much at-home school work. Because of the irregularity of our schooling, I have decided to do away with my Saturday School posts.
This past week our pastor at church talked about how Play is a spiritual discipline. I really enjoy blogging and being a stay-at-home mom, and because of this I have realized that I don’t take enough time out to just play and have fun with my family. In order to really focus on my family and to give myself a sabbath if you will, I have decided to take Sundays off.
This means that my normal Sunday Special post will be changed to Saturday Special. The concept is the same – I’ll still be featuring my favorite projects and ideas from the week, just on a different day!
So, without further ado…I introduce the new Atkinson Drive weekly feature post…SATURDAY SPECIAL!
