Grilled Potato Wedges

  • 3 Potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Cajun seasoning
  1. Thoroughly wash the potatoes and slice into wedges. I slice the potatoes in half then cut each half into sixths.
  2. Place the cut potatoes into a mixing bowl and coat with olive oil. Generously sprinkle with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Put foil over the grill grate and place potatoes on top...grilling until cooked. After about 10 minutes of cooking, we removed the potatoes from the grill and microwaved them on high for an additional 5 minutes to soften them up.
