I’m sure all of you have heard of, and probably tried, the oh-so-popular 100 Calorie snack packs. It’s so easy to get into that habit of buying these packed-with-air snacks…I mean it’s super convenient, right? But, let’s be real – I will end up eating 2 or 3 packs of these in a sitting! I know, I know. That defeats the whole purpose. Here’s my theory: while cutting calories is great, it’s really more important to be sure you’re eating healthy foods that are full of nutrition.
