Welcome back to week 2 of Fitspo Friday! I have been pretty active on Tumblr this week, gathering up motivation & tips for staying healthy and active. Unfortunately I’ve been sick all week, and whenever I have attempted exercise, I have failed miserably. But this week is going to be different…I’m feeling better and I’m going to get on the ball!
This week I wanted to share this infographic I found on the benefits of drinking green tea. I don’t know about you…but I love the stuff, and it makes me so happy to know that it is actually beneficial for me to drink!
